In life, velocity means very little, acceleration means everything.

If you’re going 650 mph in an airplane, you don’t actually feel it.

You only feel it when the speed of the plane actually changes. More about this a bit further down.

Similarly, have you ever noticed that the times you remember the most are when you felt really strong emotions?

Think about when you’re on a rollercoaster. The loops, fast turns, and big drops are what make it so fun.

Life is a lot like that.

This past month, I closed out January with $15,067.68 in income (full update here), a far cry away from what I’m used to.

But hey, it’s a rebuild, and I knew this wouldn’t be easy.

When we do something big or face something tough, our feelings are what make those moments special.

They’re like the gas pedal that helps us move forward towards happiness and fulfillment.

Here’s the thing though –
our feelings aren’t just something that happen to us.

They are super important because they can help us have a life that’s full of happiness, excitement, and meaning.

When we get good at knowing and using our feelings,
we put ourselves onto an amazing path.

See, this past week or two, I’ve felt super unmotivated.

Hence, a few less videos and posts from me in February so far.

I feel like I’ve had a permanent headache, and to be totally honest –

I’m not used to working this much.

But – every journey to success starts with one vital step:

Gaining command over your mind.

It’s the key to programming your subconscious, paving the way to becoming your best possible self.

Imagine that every emotion has a hidden counterpart.

  • Anger → fear
  • Pain → empathy
  • Insulted → shame
  • Loneliness → longing
  • Kindness → gratitude
  • Accomplishment → jealousy

Investigate your emotional triggers.

Take the wheel of the emotional rollercoaster, and change the course.

You’ve got it in you to navigate towards a better path.

Picture this…

You’re the hero in your own adventure story.

Every feeling you have is like a twist in the tale that makes things more interesting.

The happy times and the tough times make your story rich and colorful, turning an ordinary life into an awesome adventure.

But… it’s not always easy.

A lot of us feel stuck sometimes, or even all the time.

We want more but don’t know how to get it.

We might feel held back by what other people expect,
our own worries, or just the everyday routine,
and we forget what we really want.

It’s time to take the wheel of your emotions.

“If you don’t have the lows, then the highs aren’t as impressive.”

This is one of the truest statements on Earth.

One of the reasons “Wealth Depression” exists is because most things in a wealthy person’s life are fairly good.

It’s all highs.

Now, I understand you might think im being ridiculous – but I can promise you it’s a real thing.

Wealth depression was recently spoken about in more depth in an interview with Eisa Emami on the Digital Social Hour podcast if you’d like to learn more about it, or if it’s something you feel you might be struggling with.

When I was consistently raking in an insane amount of cash, everything was good, everything was easy –

but what I wasn’t doing: was anything difficult.

I wasn’t exercising, I wasn’t waking up early, I wasn’t limiting distractions…

I was doing anything and everything I wanted to, whenever I wanted to, with no repercussions or anyone stopping me.

This is a recipe for disaster.

This was my equivalent of 650 mph in an airplane.

I was flying.

And I didn’t notice how bad things were until the plane finally slowed down.

Now that things have slowed down, I have spent this year cleaning up my mess.

Here’s what I’ve been trying to work on:

Listen to the Real You: There’s so much noise around us – so many thoughts, opinions, and distractions. It’s time to quiet down the noise and listen to what you really think and feel.

Stand Up to What’s in the Way: There might be rules from other people or doubts in your own mind that are stopping you. It’s time to see those obstacles and face them bravely.

Get Ready for Changes: Life is like the seasons – it changes and each part has its own good and bad sides. Getting ready for and accepting change is a way to grow. I wrote an entire article about this here: Life Seasons: How to Embrace It When Things Don’t Go Your Way

Really Feel Your Feelings: Being mad, sad, or super happy – all these feelings are part of life. Don’t hide them. Learn to understand them and use them in a good way.

Your adventure starts now.

It’s time to fill your life with goals, excitement, and the pure fun of being alive.

The path is ready – but are you prepared to speed things up?

Don’t wait for “someday.”

Today is the day to grab the wheel and steer towards your own success story.
